Refunds and Bookings
When will I receive my refund?
A member of the team will be in contact regarding your refund.
How will the refund be issued?
We will require your name, address and bank account details to process your refund.
Do I need to do anything to receive my refund?
Once we have your information, no further action is required.
Event Rescheduling
Will the Pink Tie Ball be rescheduled for later in the year or next year?
At this time, there are no plans to reschedule the event in 2025. We hope to return in the future and will share updates as soon as they’re available.
Why was the event cancelled?
The decision was made due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We understand this is disappointing and appreciate your understanding.
Support and Donations
Can I still support the Breast Centre Appeal in other ways?
Absolutely. Donations are always welcome, and there are other events and initiatives you can get involved with. Visit healthcharity.wales for more details.
Will there be other fundraising events?
Yes, we are planning other activities and events. Please follow our social media for updates.
