Grab your festive finery, dress up this December and help raise money to support children via Cardiff & Vale Health Charity on our Christmas Jumper Day.

How it works
Make a difference this Christmas by wearing your best sweater to help make things better.
Registration for this event includes a £2 donation to the Health Charity’s Child Health Communities Fund 9104, which helps support and care for sick and vulnerable children across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
The Health Charity will be awarding a prize for the best dressed individual or team this year so dress to impress and become the best in snow! To be in with a chance of winning, please make sure that you send your pictures to fundraising.cav@wales.nhs.uk or tag us on Twitter @health_charity otherwise yule miss out on your chance of winning our special prize, don’t fir-get!

Why support Cardiff & Vale Health Charity?
This will be a great way to get together and have some festive fun with friends and family whilst supporting a fantastic Claus, helping us make things better for children across Cardiff & Vale University Health Board.
By wearing a Christmas jumper this year, you will not only be helping the Health Charity making things better but will also help in spreading some festive cheer to both staff and patients. Spreading joy and positivity during the festive period will help in making a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of both staff and patients.
