Children at the Teddy Bear Nursery in University Hospital Llandough will be holding an NHS Big Tea party with their teddies!
During the past year, The Teddy Bear Nursery has provided emergency childcare for Cardiff and Vale University Health Board staff so they can care for patients.
The Teddy Bear Nursery was provided with funding from NHS Charities Together to install a roof on their outside decking area, enabling all weather access and ventilation so that children could have more space and fresh air during lockdown restrictions.
This has allowed the whole footprint of the nursery to be utilised, ensuring that social distancing guidelines were maintained, and also providing the children with another recreational area to learn, play and grow.
