Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is pleased to announce Keith Magorimbo, IT Service Desk Manager, has been crowned Health Hero for September.

Keith has been in his role for two years and has been described as the core of IT for Cardiff and Vale UHB. He has worked extremely hard to make huge improvements to the IT Service desk formally known as IT Helpdesk.

His colleagues had this to say, “Keith has worked so hard to bring all teams together, improve staff morale, and introduce a new all-singing, all-dancing Self Service Portal.

His support to all his members of staff is second to none. He is considerate, compassionate, and very supportive. We would like to thank him for all the continued improvements so far, and are looking forward to working towards an even better IT service Desk.”

Keith will be Health Hero for the month of September and will receive a treat from sponsors Park Plaza Cardiff. He is delighted with the award nomination.

The Health Hero Award is supported by Cardiff & Vale Health Charity and Park Plaza Cardiff.
