Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is pleased to announce Jonathan Aver, Senior Capital Construction Officer, UHB has been crowned Health Hero for October.

Jonathan has been hailed as someone who always displays the values of the organisation, and whilst working under much pressure, continues to engage proactively and pleasantly with others.

When discussing his nomination, Simone Joslyn, Head of Arts and Health Charity said, “I am always inspired by Jonathan’s interest in the buildings, their history, and the stories of those who work and use our Health Board sites/estates. He has been a big support of the Arts Programme and is inclusive in his approach.

“Jonathan responds to requests in a timely manner and is always helpful whilst taking on board ideas and suggestions from others. He welcomes feedback, is reflective, considered, and genuinely interested. His input, engagement, and contribution to improve CRI, and develop Maelfa has been incredible.”

Jonathan will be Health Hero for the month of October and will receive a treat from sponsors Park Plaza Cardiff. He is delighted with the award nomination.
