Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is proud to sponsor an award at the Arts & Business Cymru Celebration event.
Cardiff & Vale Health Charity has chosen to sponsor an award and provide sponsorship as over the past few years, they have formed a close relationship with Arts & Business Cymru through training and events, and they have hosted Creative Interns within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
Like many sectors, the arts in Wales faced unprecedented and unforeseen challenges in 2020, due to the impact of COVID-19. Throughout the year, A&B Cymru was continuously inspired by the flexibility and innovation displayed by the sector, despite the fact that no performances, exhibitions or in-person activities were allowed. Many organisations quickly adapted their work in order to bring joy and inspiration to people and communities during the most difficult time faced by society in decades.
While the A&B Cymru Annual Awards Ceremony will not be taking place in 2021, A&B Cymru were keen to stage an event to celebrate the creativity and resilience of the arts throughout the pandemic. The high profile evening event will provide the perfect opportunity to recognise the businesses, individuals and Trusts which have provided crucial support to the sector through the year.
Simone Joslyn, Head of Arts and Health Charity at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board said: “We are delighted to support Arts & Business Cymru Celebration event and sponsor an award.
