Everyone at Cardiff & Vale Health Charity would like to say an enormous thank you to Fairy Bricks who kindly donated 1,400 LEGO sets to children of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board staff during the COVID-19 pandemic!
The children’s charity Fairy Bricks have generously pledged to donate 30,000 LEGO sets to the children of NHS staff across the UK who are working tirelessly to care for all patients during this extremely challenging time. Hospitals within Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan have been selected as one of the 20 lucky locations throughout the UK to receive sets, which are being donated to staff via Cardiff & Vale Health Charity.
Kevin Gascoigne, Founder, CEO and Chief Fairy at Fairy Bricks said: “We are truly grateful for everything our NHS heroes are doing to keep us safe. We know that the fight against COVID-19 is keeping many of them away from their families and their children. This is a very small gesture we hope will bring some smiles to families during a very tough time.”
These LEGO sets will help bring joy to families across the UHB and will help in building a better tomorrow.
