We love an Afternoon Tea event here at the Health Charity and we are delighted that tell you that committed supporter Barbara Chidgey will be hosting an event at the fabulous Sunflower&I on Sunday November 10th 3.00pm – 5.30pm.
Our musical afternoon will help raise funds for Daring to Dream® so that we can provide musical interludes for patients with Harmoni Cymru – a group of young talented musicians who already play for patients across our hospitals.
Come and enjoy the unique experience of Sunflower & I (in Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff Bay) whilst enjoying great music by Harmoni Cymru!
(Fabulous mouth-watering finger sandwiches made with Polish bread, Polish cakes and scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam or selections of food platters can all be enjoyed by ordering in advance by emailing Sunflower & I (info@sunflowerandi.co.uk)!

@Daring to Dream® is a new fund specifically set up to support the emotional health and well-being of ward patients across Cardiff & Vale University Health Board. The fund is in partnership with Cardiff & Vale Health Charity.
Being critically ill or chronically ill and sadly, for some very courageous people, living with shortened life expectancy are all challenging scenarios whether we are the patient or a family member. As a patient, in order to respond physically as well as possible to our personal health challenges, we also need to dig deep emotionally.
