Cardiff & Vale University Health Board and Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is delighted to announce that Artist Nathan Wyburn and Health Board employee Wayne Courtney have made the 2020 Pinc List.

Now in its fifth year, the Pinc List is an opportunity to recognise and thank LGBT+ individuals within our local communities and those in the public eye for all the work they do.
Both Nathan and Wayne are ambassadors of the Health Charity, the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, and they regularly go above and beyond to embrace the LGBT+ community and keep them in the public eye.
They are both kind and compassionate and well-loved within the Health Board, Wayne is a Health Care Support Worker at the University Hospital of Wales and engages his department in events and activities and Nathan is an artist regularly commissioned by the Health Charity and Arts Team to highlight important milestones within the Health Board.
Nathan and Wayne regularly fundraise and host events for the Health Charity, and always go the extra mile to help promote events and activities within the Health Board.
Gian Molinu, Chair of Pride Cymru said: “The Pinc List has become a staple part of our annual pride celebrations.
“It gives us the chance to thank those who are challenging negative attitudes towards LGBT+ people across Wales and to recognise those making a difference in our own communities.
“From activists and campaigners, to known personalities and local figures, no difference is ‘too small’, which is why we want to encourage everyone to get involved. We want to hear your stories.
“This is a moment to mark the progress made towards equality and to share pride in our nation.”
Charles Janczewski, Chair of the Board of Trustees for Cardiff & Vale Health Charity said: “I’d like to congratulate Nathan and Wayne on making 2020 The Pinc List. It’s great to see them getting recognition for the valuable support they provide for the LGBT+ and Arts community. I’d like to thank them for all that they do to support our Health Charity.”
