On Saturday 20th August the Arts for Health and Wellbeing team ran the NHS Big Gig to raise funds for the Arts for Health and Wellbeing Programme at Cardiff & Vale Health Charity.
The event was supported by Health Charity Patron, Nathan Wyburn, at St Andrew’s Coffee Court and featured performances from a range of talented buskers.
The performers included an interactive wellbeing session from Amruta Garud, and fantastic sets from Grant James, James Jones, Skye Dunning and Charlotte Amodeo.
Attendees enjoyed a range of craft stalls, coffees and cakes and many took part in the raffle with prizes kindly donated by supporters, including Vegana Bakes.
The funds raised at the event go directly towards funding creative environments, workshops and opportunities for patients, staff and visitors at Cardiff and Vale UHB.
