Working with Rubicon has proven invaluable to our patients at University Hospital Llandough in our Stroke Rehabilitation Centre, and at St David’s Mental Health Services for Older People (MHSOP). With the constant changing situations of COVID-19, Rubicon have tailored their Movement and Music sessions to continue supporting our vulnerable patients both in-person and online via Zoom, and we’re truly grateful that we’ve been able to provide this service during a period where taking care of our health and wellbeing is more important than ever.

We’re delighted to announce that as part of the Arts and Minds initiative, Rubicon will be working with our Neuropsychiatry Department at Hafan y Coed, the Mental Health Unit, in the New Year. All of this is thanks to funding from Arts Council of Wales and The Baring Foundation, and we hope to pave the road to recovery with these Movement and Music sessions.
