The Arts for Health and Wellbeing Team are delighted to announce a new Creative Arts initiative in collaboration with Mind in the Vale and musical duo, Nicole Boardman and Giordano Ferla.
Through funding from NHS Charities Together, we are able to support participants’ mental health and wellbeing through regular singing sessions in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Beginning with sessions in Penarth Methodist Church Hall, we are looking forward to guided singing sessions with Nicole Boardman and Giordano Ferla. Nicole and Giordano, a classically trained mezzo-soprano and classical musician duo, are Live Music Now musicians and regularly perform across Wales and England. They love to explore a variety of musical genres to connect with their audiences and participants, and we are excited to work with them on this community project.
We will be regularly posting news about the project, and look forward to singing sessions beginning in January 2023.
