Hafod Housing and its staff aim to raise £20,000 throughout partnership fundraising.

Dr Keith Wilson, Consultant Haematologist and Director of the South Wales Blood and Marrow Transplant Programme said “The Blood and Marrow Transplant Programme serves all patients in mid and south Wales. We provide bone marrow transplants for patients with haematological malignancies primarily and cover about three quarters of the Welsh population. We are delighted that Hafod Housing has chosen, Cardiff & Vale Health Charity as their chosen charity for the next two years and we look forward to forging a closer relationship. We will be very grateful for any funds that are raised and which will further research, staff training, as well as for purchasing amenities to make it much better for patients during their hospital stay. We can’t thank them enough and wish them all the very best of luck with their fundraising campaign”.
