Gordon Jones is running his way to £2,000 to help raise funds for the fight against cancer and mental health awareness.
Gordon has currently signed up to 8 events this year, and has chosen to support two causes very close to his heart.
In his own words “breast cancer is the one that has been a big part of my life, losing my mam and sister, also very nearly losing a second sister and also lately a good friend and family have had to deal with it. I know that anyone who has had any dealings with any kind of cancer will know just how horrible it is. This is why I have chosen to support the Breast Centre Appeal at Llandough Hospital who recently have helped and supported someone I know and whose family as well as them have benefited from their good work.”
Gordon will also be supporting Mind Matters Cymru during these challenges.
