This year, Cardiff & Vale Health Charity were chosen as charity partners for the GlastonBARRY music festival event on Saturday 27th July 2024.
Taking place in Romilly Park in Barry throughout the whole weekend, the event welcomed up to 7,000 visitors a day to the fun, friendly and entertaining tribute festival. Welcomed by glorious sunshine and extremely happy festival goers, members of Cardiff & Vale Health Charity, and some wonderful volunteers had a lovely day meeting members of the general public, fellow businesses and hosts of the event, and Health Charity Patrons, Wayne and Wyburn!
There were 22 live acts throughout the weekend, vibrant food stalls and other activities. The event was so well run with helpful staff located throughout the park during the entire day and night, nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere was electric!
As an added bonus, Cardiff and Vale UHB colleagues were able to benefit from 10% off their tickets via the Blue Light Card.
