Gyda diolch i gyllid gan D\u00eem y Celfyddydau ar gyfer Iechyd a Lles yn Elusen Iechyd Caerdydd a\u2019r Fro, mae Polyn Pren, sydd wedi\u2019i gerfio\u2019n hyfryd, yn sefyll yn ardal goediog Ein D\u00f4l Iechyd yn Ysbyty Athrofaol Llandochau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae\u2019r bonyn, a gymerwyd o\u2019r safle i ddechrau, wedi\u2019i ddylunio\u2019n ofalus gan ein gwirfoddolwyr, ac yna cafodd ei gerfio ar y safle gan Thomas Carvings cyn cael ei ailosod yn Ein D\u00f4l Iechyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn ystod y 18 mis diwethaf, mae Down to Earth ac Elusen Iechyd Caerdydd a\u2019r Fro wedi gweithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 gr\u0175p gwych o wirfoddolwyr, o gleifion a chydweithwyr y GIG i aelodau\u2019r gymuned. Gyda\u2019i gilydd, fe wnaethant daflu syniadau am y Polyn Pren ac roeddent yn awyddus i weld eu dyluniadau ar waith ar \u00f4l ychydig o sesiynau a gynlluniwyd.
