Rhoddwyd Tip Tops hefyd i staff yn Ysbyty&#8217;r Barri ac Ysbyty Dewi Sant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cafodd yr hufen i\u00e2 am ddim ei roi i staff ddydd Sul 17 Gorffennaf pan oedd y tymheredd yn eithriadol o uchel ledled y DU, gyda&#8217;r nod o roi hwb i ysbryd pawb yn ystod yr amgylchiadau heriol. Croesawyd y danteithion oer yn fawr gan staff, a oedd yn gwerthfawrogi&#8217;r rhodd fach i ddweud diolch am eu hymroddiad a&#8217;u gwaith caled diddiwedd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ariannwyd yr hufen i\u00e2 gan Gronfa Loteri\u2019r Staff, sef cynllun rhoi o\u2019r gyflogres staff Elusen Iechyd Caerdydd a&#8217;r Fro sy&#8217;n rhoi cyfle i gyfranwyr ennill \u00a31,000 bob wythnos. Defnyddir y cyfraniadau i wella profiad staff a chleifion ac i gynnal phrosiectau cyffrous ar draws Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a&#8217;r Fro. Mae darparu hufen i\u00e2 am ddim ar safleoedd ein hysbytai yn un enghraifft yn unig o sut y gellir defnyddio&#8217;r arian i wella&#8217;r amgylchedd gwaith, a chodi calon staff gwych ein GIG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os hoffech ymuno \u00e2 Loteri\u2019r Staff a chael cyfle i ennill \u00a31,000 bob wythnos, gellir cwblhau ffurflenni cais yn electronig neu drwy ein gwefan; https:\/\/healthcharity.wales\/hospital-staff\/staff-lottery\/.
